Florence was introduced to our practice when she brought her children to Dr. Boucher for orthodontic care. Struck by her total commitment to the welfare of her family and her outstanding interpersonal skills, Dr. Boucher eventually invited her to join the team as a scheduling coordinator. Having reached the point when her family responsibilities to her five adult children have subsided, she divides her considerable energies between her role on the home front with Boucher Orthodontics, and as an education/counselor related to adolescent/young adult parenting.
Florence lives in Villanova with her husband Bill. They have five children and are soon to be grandparents for the first time! Florence is also a certified parent educator. She enjoys reading, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
As Dr. Boucher’s orthodontic practice evolved and required the support of a second orthodontic clinical assistant, Meg was highly recommended by her cousin, Amy Short, who was Dr. Boucher’s first full-time employee. Meg was recommended on the basis of her strong work ethic, rock-solid reliability, and desire to work with people. Her background as a “middle child” in a family of seven children, headed by a mother totally committed to the family and a police officer father who rose to the rank of detective, provides insight into the skills and qualities she brings to the team. Meg is the senior orthodontic assistant and supports the clinical staff in a “supervisory capacity.”
Meg lives in Norristown with her husband John, five children, and two dogs. Her family enjoys music and socializing with the extended family.
When her Aunt Florence became aware that Kelsey was searching for a new career path, she approached Dr. Boucher and indicated Kelsey had potential as a healthcare provider. During the initial phase of training by Dr. Boucher as an orthodontic clinical assistant, she demonstrated clear potential in that role, which blossomed into the skill set of a highly experienced clinician. Her computer skills have been an asset as the practice evolved to digital clinical records in a paperless environment.
On the personal side, Kelsey remains committed to rigorous physical activity as a participant in several adult soccer leagues, regular workouts with a personal trainer and recent golf lessons with her dad. Kelsey lives in Conshohocken and enjoys playing co-ed soccer and going to the beach.
Following graduation from East Stroudsburg University, Lindsay was approached by Meg, a family friend, to consider training as a clinical orthodontic assistant. What began as a “long-shot experiment” evolved into a long-term commitment to a career path in which she excels with her clinical skills, and relationships with patients and her peers. Lindsay’s commitment to personal fitness ties in with Dr. Boucher’s philosophy of comprehensive orthodontic care that addresses not only aesthetic needs but the health of the entire head and neck area, including the TMJs, the cervical area, and surrounding musculature. Lindsay has completed advanced training in myofunctional therapy and has excellent teaching skills.
Lindsay loves to run: She has participated in the Broad Street Run and a half marathon. Her favorite sport to watch is ice hockey; Go, Flyers! Lindsay lives with her family in Audubon.
Leah is the most adventurous member of our team, with a history of skydiving, kayaking and a host of other outdoor activities. She is the newest addition to our practice’s clinical team. Leah was referred to Dr. Boucher by Meg. She has a sibling who elected to pursue a career in dentistry and came to us highly motivated to follow in her sister’s footsteps. With support from our experienced staff, she began a training program two years ago and quickly integrated as a competent, caring clinician. Leah has also received advanced training in myofunctional therapy and contributes to this important aspect of the orthodontic care we provide.
Leah is from Erie but currently lives in West Chester with her cat. Since moving here, she enjoys hiking all the local spots around the city. She has also gotten into running, kayaking, and snowboarding.

Lynda is the glue that holds Boucher Orthodontics together. She helped develop the vision for the practice from its inception and has been critical in developing a practice culture based on the mutual respect of all team members and a strong commitment to excellent patient care. Lynda wears many hats, including that of purchasing agent, payroll administrator, accounts payable manager, and general counsel to all team members and especially Dr. Boucher. Lynda is the “go to” person that keeps the organization on the cutting edge!
The Boucher family lives in Bryn Mawr. They have twin daughters and a dog.
Denise is responsible for communicating the unique philosophy of orthodontic care practiced at Boucher Orthodontics. She is a master organizer and has been responsible for numerous continuing education events for our dental community. Denise also brings an element of unfettered enthusiasm and optimism that has permeated the practice culture. Florence was responsible in recommending Denise, one of her closest friends, to Dr. Boucher several years ago and she has reminded Dr. Boucher on more than one occasion that she deserves a significant “finder’s fee” for bringing Denise on board!
Denise lives in Villanova with her husband Bob. She is extremely proud of her four children and two grandchildren. Outside the office, she enjoys walking, golfing, traveling, and planning social events with her family and friends.
Amy was the first full-time employee hired by Dr. Boucher. She is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Art and has balanced her creative needs as an artist with her skill set as an orthodontic clinical assistant and advanced orthodontic laboratory technician responsible for all of our orthodontic appliances. Several of her watercolor paintings grace the walls of our practice and our homes. Over the years, she has shared her considerable energy between her family’s needs, her commitment to various art projects, and evolving from an orthodontic clinician to a master orthodontic laboratory clinician. Directly or indirectly, Amy has been responsible for recruiting the majority of future employees that make up our orthodontic family.
Amy lives in Dresher and in the summer spends a lot of time at their home in Cape May. She and her husband Vince have three children and two dogs!

Jean is the newest member of the team. Dr. Boucher met her several years ago at the legendary Marrone’s Italian Restaurant in the heart of Ardmore where she functioned as the hostess. Impressed by the way she greeted the majority of patrons on a first-name basis, her personal interaction with them, and her commitment to serve all customers to the best of her ability, he recruited her to share the scheduling coordinator’s responsibilities with Florence. Jean proved to be a quick study and is now a vital contributor to the operation of the practice.
Jean lives in Havertown with her husband Mark and has four children and a dog. She also works at a restaurant part-time and is on the board at her swim club.
